Theres nothing like having that go to outfit when you’re being indecisive, running late or just feel bleurgh… (aka a bit groggy). Well this popular Nicole drape dress is now officially my turn to item for times like these. It’s a super stretchy double layered dress that I can put on and know that I don’t have to think about anything else. It’s interesting enough to look like I’ve made an effort but simple enough for any occasion.
I get days where I feel super bloated and while I don’t necessarily care about the ‘visible belly outline‘ that some dresses give, there are times where I just want to be comfortable. I have times where I just want something to feel flattering. It’s all personal when it comes to outfit choices and sometimes I want that comfort. Because of the double layer on this dress it really works for those days. The bottom layer is a bodycon style stretchy dress and the top layer has a lovely drape effect. it doesn’t have pockets but i rest my hands there like it does!
I’m wearing an XL and it’s a great fit. The large is also generous – because of the super stretchiness of it. I also tuck mine up and wear it as a top. Versatile pieces are always welcome in my life thats for sure! It’s a great length and the bracelet sleeves are always a winner for me on those days where I just want to be comfortable.
