Outside my comfort zone always prompts be to be a little braver in my outfit choices. But this time I did things a little different.
This #OMCZ bloggers challenge was chosen by the gorgeous Vicky from The Curved Opinion and she gave us the the theme –
‘Colour Of Confidence’
Well, I decided instead of putting on an outfit especially for this challenge and taking a picture of it, I am using a picture that I already have. Blogging and being part of the plus size community and blogging in general has increased my confidence 10 fold. I recently went to Plus London (I did a feature on it here) and decided to wear a gorgeous bright purple dress. I love the fit, its a skater style dress from Simply Be and it just feels lovely and fits really well.
The bright purple just lifts me in so many ways, it boosts my mood and boosts my skin giving it a bit of a glow.
These pictures were taken by Dannie at BLAST! a fantastic East London based Photographer who runs a portable photographic studio. They are really simple pics which I think shows off the colour of the dress and obviously my bad poses!
I think these pictures represent me being really confident and amazing so outside my comfort zone I can’t even see the lines!
So my colour of confidence is punakaslilla, purpuro, mauve, roxo, purppuranpunainen, morado also know in English as PURPLE!
