I wore this super sunny outfit a few weeks ago before I chopped my hair off and I totally forgot to share it with you. But better late than never AND I really believe the sun hasn’t left us just yet. I really wanted to share this outfit because it’s not something I would have worn a few years back. White skinny jeans and a super bright print top… hmmmmm…. Not back then but definitely now. Both of these pieces are from George at Asda and not only are they a pretty great fit they are a pretty good price too.
The leaf print tunic style top doesn’t seem to be on the website anymore (I can only guess that their size 24’s sell out pretty quick as they are so affordable but fashion friendly), but there are still a few pieces left in this gorgeous blue and orange leaf print. It’s just so vibrant and fresh against my white jeans. Speaking of the jeans, they are also a size 24 as well and are stretchy, almost jegging like but are quite thick. They are super comfy and the fit is great apart from I could have done with them being an inch longer. I just love that I can wear white jeans in summer and feel cool, calm and collected. I never thought I would wear them but they will be in my wardrobe for a long time to come.
Overall, this is one of those cheap and cheerful outfits that George does so well. I’m still happy they go up to a 24 in their standard range and they also offer a plus size range. I do hope they’ll branch their standard range into bigger sizes because it’s just so damn good. Another winning summer outfit!
