I am a lover of ankle boots and since October they have rarely left my feet. I want the cold weather to stay just so I can keep wearing them! I did go ankle boot hunting and I must say, while there were loads out there, the cut out ankle boots in a size 7 (my size) all seemed to be sold out!
I finally came across the Daisy Street store. I’ll be honest and say it’s a great little trendy online retailer. I scrolled through the shoe section and as soon as I came across the boots I started getting palpitations! They had ankle boots, they had cut out ankle boots and they had them in size 7! Hooray!!!

They are £34.99 which is a really reasonable price for a sturdy pair of quality boots. The heel is only 6cm, which is just under 2.5 inches. This height is perfect for me to wear every day as I walk a fair bit. I hardly notice I’m wearing heels but they are high enough to give me a little catwalk move.
The zip is at the back of the boot. Not I have relatively wide feet and at first I almost cried when I thought my feet were not going to fit. But they did! The boots are narrow but amazing incredibly comfortable. The 2 gold buckles on the side undo and you can choose how tight you want the straps but the middle strap does not move. So generally speaking they are not REALLY adjustable.
I was really jammy and my boyfriend bought me my favourite pair for Christmas and believe me when I say it took me all my strength to not grab them when they were under the tree. So far I have worn them about 7 times already and they are a fave with my skater dresses. (I have an outfit coming this week where you’ll see the boots with a great skater dress).
I had to share these with you. Daisy Street is now going to be my boot friend but if you know anywhere that has some size 7 ankle boots that need a home, point them in my direction!
