You have probably heard it a thousand time before from other people, but I’m going to make it one thousand and one – Beyonce is amazing! Her music, Her Style, Her Character, Her everything. So when I heard a rumour that she had done something drastic to her appearance, I just had to know what she had done.
Singers like Rihanna change their look every other month, so I don’t really pay attention to that unless its REALLY drastic, but Beyonce’s kept a signature look for years, so couldn’t imagine her looking any other way now – unless it was for a movie role or just a change in her fashion style – (Glamour puss to rock chick etc).
When I checked her Instagram and saw her sporting a new pixie style Audrey Hepburn look, I have to admit that I wasn’t expecting it. If she was going to change her hair – with her signature curls – I wouldn’t have thought that she would go down that route. No matter what the style, Beyonce has always had BIG hair. However, it definitely works. It shows that you can have short hair and still retain a distinctive, classic, feminine look. Her eyebrows are accentuated and her face looks so elegant and simple. I can imagine so many other girls following her hair too. In fact…. I might just call my hair dresser right now!
