When the new season starts, I love making a good wishlist of my window shopping favourites. It’s almost like a form of therapy I swear. It fulfils my need to buy anything (almost) and I can come back to things when it’s payday. The real test is when I can’t stop thinking about something, that indicate to me that I have to have it and I’ve justified it by taking up so much brain power! That’s validation right there. Today I’ve created a lovely little spring and summer wishlist. All things pretty and ready for the lighter evenings and milder days.
First up, I love Michael Kors shoes and bags. They are stylish, simple and this light pink satchel piece at number 1 would go with almost any spring outfit. I’m a fan of quite structured bags and this is perfect for commuting as it’s a cross body bag. This means my hands would be free to squeeze though the masses and attempt to find a rail to hold on to on the crammed tube. I’m not a fan of the London commute, but at least I’d have some gorgeous arm candy.
At number 2 is a wild strawberry scented candle by Ladurée . Not only it super pretty and summer looking, but it would really smell lovely on a warm day with the windows open and the sun streaming in. I can’t wait for those days to arrive!
Number 3 are a pair of cute Melissa shoes. These are actually only available in kids size which is why they are on my wish list. There are some lovely nude and black flats, but this colour has spring written all over it. They look so comfortable and because of the premium rubber used to make them they’ll last for many, many, walks in the sun.
Number 4 is a lovely, quirky addition to any home and I’d love to have a few of these scattered around my flat. It’s a metal cartoon style cloud shelf, and is such a feature plus storage saver or display giver! I really love it and perfect timing for a spring revamp in the home I think.
Last but not least is number 6. My summer holiday is booked and I’m on the hunt for plus size swimwear. This is a unique swimming costume and there’s nothing like making a statement. It’s a Robyn Lawley piece and I wouldn’t mind hitting the waves wearing it.
There you have it, my spring and summer weekend wishlist, no doubt there will be more on the way as the temperature increases and my days get longer. What do you think of my wishlist? Anything take your fancy?
