Come on now, who doesn’t enjoy a good buffet? But I bet you didn’t know there are more buffets available, than your general “All You Can Eat Buffet” in the local restaurant, for less than a movie ticket these days? Let’s take a look at some of the different buffets available for you to feast on in Singapore – there is something to suit everyone’s needs.

  • Halal Buffets – If you are looking for something to tickle your taste buds, and give you some of those delicious flavours from the Middle East, Mediterranean, and South Asia, halal buffets are a great place to start. They cater to Muslim dietary laws, so that all the mean used is halal-certified. There are some excellent Halal food buffets in Singapore – it’s just up to you to get out there and find one with those tongue-tingling flavours.
  • International Buffets – If you are more indecisive with your food cravings, and feel as though you want a little bit of something from across the globe, international buffets will suit you down to the ground. They often offer separate stations for certain types of foods from particular countries, such as Japanese, Italian, or Mexican, meaning you can stop off at all of them, and have a plate full of sushi, pasta, and a quesadilla to feast on. Yes please! Take a look here for more information on international cuisine.
  • Low-Carb/Keto Buffets – Now if you want all the upsides of dining out with a buffet, but want to avoid the waistline increasing more than you’d like to think, this may be the buffet for you. Low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats, you won’t get that feeling a huge snake gets when they’ve just devoured a whole animal (that looks painful), but can get that craving of feasting to your hearts, or stomachs, content. Foods such as meats, seafood, avocados, cheese, eggs, and low-carb vegetables such as leafy greens are usually top of the menu, and to satisfy that sweetness you may need, they often offer desserts such as low-carb or sugar-free options. Result!
  • Seafood Buffets – Doesn’t tickle everyone’s fancy, but a popular choice and one full of delicious foods from the oceans. An array of options are available, from shrimp and crab, to oysters and fish, and a whole load more. A great option for pescatarians, who prefer eating seafood over meat, and one that is surely going to leave you going back for more.
  • Dessert Buffets – Yes, these are a thing! If you want to skip the main meal, and just go straight in for the sweets and desserts, you absolutely can. Things an offer usually include pastries, cakes, chocolates, ice cream, and more. I’m off to raid the fridge now.

And there it is. From sweetness to spice. Healthy to happy. Land to sea. If you like food and eating, there is a buffet out there for you. Why not try one you didn’t think you’d like? You may get a surprise. Click this link for more information.
