I have decided that I need to organise my life. Well, my blogging life. Blogging and working full time is a tough challenge but I love it. I just need to tidy up and systematise. If I put my mind to it , this should be easy. I am going to do a series of posts showing you y organisation skills! (It also forces me to tidy up!)

First up is my little desk area. When I get some quiet time I like to sit at the table and get writing and reading. It just makes me feel like I can concentrate more. The same goes when I work from home. I need to have stationary (I’m a visual person so scribble a lot and draw little diagrams!) I also need quick access to lip gloss, sweets and my techie stuff (phones, chargers and ipad!) well I am a blogger after all.

I hooked myself up with some stationary from Viking for my make shift office space. I love how much they have, the quick delivery and it’s reasonably priced. I’m a sucker for special offers and they have loads. They also sell chocolate… yes chocolate so of course that found it’s way into the delivery.

My delivery consisted of what every blogger needs, colourful post it notes, bright highlighters, pens, notepads, paper clips and a few other bits and pieces. There’s nothing like fresh stationary. Come on, I know you feel the same!

So I cleaned up my table which basically was a dumping ground and gave it a 60 minute make over.

I now have an organised space which makes my mind feel clutter free too. I have all my bits around me that I need and a great reason to work from home. I have to say, in my opinion this is a pretty awesome effort!

If I can sort this little space… I’m giving myself another challenge very soon!
