Following on to my #2Plus2 post earlier in the week where I paid Yours Clothing in Bluewater a visit, I told you there were a couple of outfit pics on the way. Well I couldn’t hold back and I had to share this one because it just screams girly summer and it make me feel super flirty! I think it’s the way the whole outfit skims over my curves really creating shape and I love. It’s a bit like a strawberry milkshake inspired look today!
This skater skirt is a great shape and feels almost like scuba material. It’s very true to size. I am wearing a 24, I almost went for a 22 (it stretches) but it poked out a little on my hips. So if you choose this wide stripe skater skirt order your normal size and it will fit like a dream. It’s really comfortable and doesn’t fly away. It really keeps its skater shape and for me, skims over my curves to really define my shape. I like that! the skirt comes in lots of different colours. I chose the nude pink (lets just call it pink) because it matched my scalloped hem top in the same colour.
Let’s talk about this gorgeous pink statement necklace in all shades of the colour. I saw it at the Yours Clothing press day and knew it had to be mine. So yeah, I bought it. Obviously. When something is engraved in my head like that… I NEED to get it. Yes. Need. It’s perfect for this outfit and amazingly with so many more and it’s REALLY long. My chubby no neck girls will know what I’m talking about. Having long statement necklaces are a must and this necklace is just perfect.
Just a quick note about this great gold flat shoes from Dorothy Perkins. They were a bargain and look great in summer. Quite pointy but they have a growing wide fit range these days so don’t forget to have a peak if you’re looking for fashionable summer shoes in a wide fitting styles.
