The sales are well and truly on. I can’t say that they have blown me away yet. I’ve ordered loads online and sent most of it back, but it’s ok because I just ordered a load more. Trial and error in the comfort of your own home is a brilliant things. It isn’t all bad as I have managed to get a couple of gems. This is one jewellery bargain from the River Island sale that I had to share with you.
One of my best sale moments of 2013 has to be when I walked into River Island the other day. The accessories were on sale… but I mean SALE!! I got some amazing bargains and I can never have enough jewellery. Especially as lately I’ve become quite a fan of the ‘in your face’ statement necklace style.
Well these are my bargains!
The whole lot cost me.., wait for it… £11.00. That’s right. £11.00! It’s nice to get a bagful of stuff at half the price. The pink statement necklace is going straight under a shirt collar and the large gold heart is going to be matched with a floral skater dress.
They had loads on sale so I bought my River Island loving friends a necklace too. (The one above) It’s a delicate necklace that has a lovely message. I couldn’t resist. If my boyfriend wasn’t there I probably would have spent much more.
I also chose this 2 tone chunky chain bracelet. I was thinking white T shirt, skinny jeans and ankle boots. This would just add some extra attitude to a basic combo. For £2.00 you can’t really argue.
I love a bargain and all the above were what I expect from the Christmas sales. Things that I want at half the price! Thanks River Island!
