I have found a new Beauty Box and I couldn’t be happier! You know I love to review my beauty boxes and I am trying to whittle it down to the best one but I am having great difficulty!
My new fave is the YOU Beauty Discovery Box. It’s a by-product of the YOU magazine which comes with the Daily Mail. It’s the members’ box and costs £6.95 per month – Including delivery!! You get to choose 2 products from their monthly shortlist and they throw in a few extras. So, this month (October) you could choose from some really great products including L’occitane, Crabtree & Evelyn, Noble Isle… just to name a few!
I gave it a go. It’s the cheapest beauty box I have found so far, so I just didn’t expect it to live up to the likes of Glossybox and Birchbox. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Almost gobsmacked! 🙂
It’s a small but quite deep good quality box that can be reused and I was really chuffed with the products. This month was labelled ‘Handbag Heroes’ and what they gave me will certainly make its way into one of my bags!
The contents
‘1. Handbag Heroes 2013’ magazine with information on the products in my box and a couple of discount codes thrown in for good measure.
2. Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Hand Therapy – 25g- Amazing stuff.
3. YouBeautyDiscovery Compact Mirror – Always handy.
4. Compact Styler Tangle Teezer in Animal Print – I am SO chuffed with this. I already have 2 but I keep losing them! To add, I was going to buy this in Topshop today and it was £12.25!
5. Nakd Cocoa Orange raw fruit & nut bar – Yum Yum is all I can say to this.
There you have it. I am really really impressed with the contents which are worth over £20.00 and I can’t wait for the next one! Considering its HALF the price of other beauty boxes, this one knocked their socks of this month!
The fact you can choose the 2 main products you receive it also a great feature so you never end up with something you hate.
