This is a dress I picked up from Evans in the summer and I forgot to post it while the weather was still warm (and my hair was a bit longer!) but I wore it today with tights and a blazer and I remember why I love it so much. Plus, Katie from Toodalookatie has exactly the same outfit. So guess what? A 2plus2 was born! It’s just one of those simple dresses with one or two small features which make it a little different. So easy to put on and wear to work. I also love the fact its polka dots. Who says if you’re plus size you should hide away? Forget that!
This is one of those double layered style dresses which is great for skimming over your body, creating shape but not being clingy and uncomfortable. The back is open but I preferred to tie it in a little bow which brought me in at the waist and didn’t make me look so square. It’s a lovely stretchy fabric so if I want it untied it just sits straight again.
I love picking up a bargain. I think this was £15 in the sale and because it can see me though winter with tights, boots and lots of layering it’s a bit of a winner!
Just a quick mention for these amazing shoes too! they are from TU at Sainsbury’s! They’re not wide fit but are super comfy and were another bargain at £12. It’s amazing what you can pick up with your food shopping these days!
