It can get to a point with lingerie when you just want comfort. Forget style, just comfort. But if you could get comfort, style AND affordability all in one, that would be amazing! Oh… well… surprise! I’ve found something that fits that brief. Believe it or not! This gorgeous daisy design plus size bralette from Simply Be is now one of a few that I own. Because when something is this good, I need it in every colour and duplicates of course! It’s just one of those things. This is from their Pretty Secrets range and it’s pretty damn good!
Now, bralettes have jumped on the fashion band wagon lately and I’ve even had a few of you lovely readers ask me where to find some plus size beauties. I have to say, this bralette has to be my favourite so far. It’s non wired (as you would expect) and it’s a pretty full cup. There’s not really the support you get from standard bras. But I have to say, my bust does actually feel lifted and just a little supported compared to other bralettes I’ve worn. Plus, this particular one doesn’t push my chest down… if you know what I mean? I think that comes from the fact it’s super stretchy and comes in my correct size.
The straps are wide, the back-band is very wide; enough that it doesn’t bend and the hot pink colour is definitely hot pink. It’s nice to have some super bright underwear don’t you think? What’s even better about these Simply Be Bralettes is that they are available in sizes 36C to 48dD AND they are only £12.00. Yep, you heard it right. £12.00. It’s super comfortable to wear around the house for me at the moment, especially as my boobs are pretty tender from being pregnant. They just feel a little bit looked after but in a super relaxed way.
Of course, if you don’t just want to try it for comfort, The longline lace makes it perfect with a tulle skirt, or ripped jeans and a blazer. Try it out, get your tummy out (stretch marks included!) and feel a little funky fashion moment coming on. I’ll definitely be looking out for more colours, a cobalt blue would be nice if you’re reading Simply Be! Yes, this bralette is a definite winner for me. (It also has matching high waist knickers… if you wanted to feel extra special!) Simply Be Lingerie is definitely making progress!
