This year at WIRELESS Festival I decided to opt out of my comfort zone of shorts or skinny jeans and head for a gorgeous Aztec style skirt. The obvious fears of sharing my legs with the world was quite apparent but after getting used to the ‘freeness’ that comes with a skirt I quite liked my festival outfit.

I did obviously wear some kind of footwear for most of the day out, and that was a simple pair of brown sandals from Primark. The skirt was quite loud so I didn’t want to over do it.
I really liked this outfit. I felt summery, not overdressed or too covered up and I managed to walk around for 13 hours unscathed or traumatized (Almost) I would say that sitting down on the Astroturf did leave my legs looking a little worse than at the start of the day.
It was an amazing day though, overly hot and sunny. With the likes of Jay Z & Justin Timberlake on stage it was a day to remember. Plus the amazing people at Tic Tac were giving away free FESTIVAL boxes of Tic Tacs, a scrummy cocktail of fruity flavours. Of course I helped myself all in the name of Festivals!
Everyone was out to impress with their summer wardrobe and I didn’t feel too bad either!
