There is nothing better to start your day with than a cup of delicious coffee. Its heady aroma makes you feel awakened; it’s like an instant energy booster in a cup. Most of us are habitual of drinking coffee twice or thrice a day, and it helps in staying awake and focused during the busy day. What’s better than a cup of coffee to shrug of those yawns that won’t let you stay focused. The good news is that you don’t have to spend extra money or buy expensive fancy coffee daily on your way to work, you can easily make the coffee you like at home, have a look on these easy recipes and see which one you would want to try first.

- Cappuccino classical style
Cappuccino is everyone’s favourite coffee; you can make it easily at home.
Ingredients: All you need is milk, cinnamon stick, powdered coffee and cinnamon powder.
Recipe: Pour the milk in a saucepan and add a cinnamon stick and heat it until it comes to boil. Turn down the heat and let the milk simmer for ten minutes. Now add one and a half cup of lukewarm water in a cup and two teaspoons of coffee and sugar to taste. Mix it well. Now pour the hot milk and sprinkle some cinnamon powder over it, your cappuccino is ready. If you are getting late in the morning and you don’t have enough time to start from scratch, what you can do is ground the coffee on weekends and save it for using the whole week. You can even store prepared coffee and just add milk and sugar in the morning to make a nice coldbrew.
- Iced almond espresso shot
This coffee is as cool as it sounds. Dark rich espresso from your favorite brand paired with sweet almonds is a very sophisticated combination. It’s very easy to make.
Ingredients: What you need is some grounded coffee, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (it’s easily available in supermarkets), milk and some ice cubes.
Recipe: Pour 300ml of water in a saucepan and heat it until boiling. Mix grounded coffee, sugar and almond extract in a cup. Add boiling water in the cup with constant stirring. Add some milk according to your taste and stir it well. It’s up to you if you want to add milk or not. Add ice cubes and voila your iced almond espresso shot is ready. It’s a perfect recipe for cold coffee lovers. You can make it when you have friends over to impress them, and you can add a leaf of mint on the top for it to look fancier.

- Caramel coconut Frappuccino
Now this one my favourite! It’s just so delicious and creamy, and easy to make. Plus, coconut has many health benefits making this one of the better recipes on our list. You don’t have to spend money on a fancy Frappuccino from a coffee shop when you can make a tastier one yourself with half of the money.
Ingredients: The ingredients that you need for caramel coconut Frappuccino are 3 teaspoons grounded coffee, ¼ teaspoon coconut extract, 2 teaspoons caramel sauce, sugar to taste, whipping cream, water and ice.
Recipe: Heat the water until boiling, add grounded coffee, caramel sauce and sugar, constantly stir to create a paste. Now add the whipping cream and constantly stir to make sure everything is mixed well. Add some ice in the blender along with the mixture and give a blend to create a thick and smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add some, or if you want to make it a bit thicker, then add some ice in it. Pour the mixture in a cup and top it with a swirl of cream and decorate it with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
