We’re in a world that’s evolving constantly. Everything is moving forward a super speedy pace and its due to so many factors. From technology to social media, there are so many ways for things to progress these days that it’s not a surprise that the beauty world is making massive progress in techniques and products. You’ve probably heard of CDB skincare. It’s making waves in the beauty industry. CBD for skincare is relatively new but it is really paving the way right now.
CBD is an acronym for cannabidiol which is a natural derivative from the Cannabis plant (it doesn’t contain any of the illegal stuff by the way!). I did a review recently about some CBD face cream and eye cream that I tried, which I loved. There are even more great options out there for CBD skincare these days that I thought I’d share with you. Because if you don’t already use something like this, you’re really missing out!

CBD Facemasks
I love a facemask, it’s one of my favourite ways to relax. There are plenty of CBD infused facemasks around and the benefits can be amazing. CBD has anti-inflammatory benefits as well as anti-ageing qualities. Both of which most people use face masks to benefit from. I reviewed a few facemasks recently, which included anti-pollutant CBD infused oil and it worked wonders for giving my skin a bit of a glow and making it look and feel revitalised. You can read more over at penguin cbd about how long CBD oil stays in the body if you’re interested!
Gummies & Oils
Some people swear by CBD oil for a range of things. This interesting article about taking CBD oil to help with a better night’s sleep shows that actually, it does seem to work. I’m not a fan of swallowing any kind of oil, regardless of its benefits. So, taking CBD infused gummies could help with a range of things. From a better night’s sleep to glowing skin. Some people say it helps calm their nerves and makes them feel a bit more alert.
Again, CBD doesn’t include any of the illegal aspects of cannabis, it just has a variety of health benefits for different people. It’s one of those things that you need to try for yourself. I know that someone the price of new products can be off-putting so make sure you’re always looking for discounts and there’s a code here if you fancy saving a little bit of money on your first CBD products.
Make up
It isn’t just face creams and eye creams that are CBD infused these days. You can get hemp-based mascara, brow tints, lip butter and serums. The list goes on. Most of the brands doing these are incredibly ethically friendly, chic companies that are really doing well when it comes to all thing’s sustainability. As well as makeup, you can get things such as CBD infused candles to help clear the air and calm your senses.
I think CBD skincare and beauty needs to be tried for yourself, so you can see your own individual reaction to it. Your skin won’t suddenly turn 10 years younger but it’s like finding an entirely new world exists. Away from the normal, sometimes boring big brand names! There’s so much out there to explore and as CBD products are putting the beauty industry on blast, it’s only a matter of time before you’ll have a cupboard stocked full of CBD infused products. Watch this space.
