I hold my hands up & admit that I’m not the biggest fan of playing with my kids. HOLD ON! Before you judge me… what I mean is, after the 100th time of being a supermarket customer or a WWE referee, I’ve had enough. But, there’s one thing I love doing with my boys over and over again. Crafty activities!
I love watching them use their imaginations and make something come to life. It’s pretty amazing. I always try & aim for something they can play with once it’s created too because it’s added value and keeps them occupied for longer. Something me & Marlo have done together later is Make, Paint & Play 3D Safari set from Kikkerland.

It’s a craft see of 8 cardboard pop-out wild animals, colouring pens & stickers to decorate the animals. It’s really simple but kept Marlo truly engaged. I thought he might just want to do one & then get board but he did 3 in a row!
My tip is to colour in the animals before you pop them out of the cardboard (just keeps things mess-free) Marlo loved putting the black spotty stickers on the leopard & as he did it I quickly pulled some facts about leopards off Google for him. He couldn’t believe they climbed trees!

The Make, Paint & Play 3D Safari from Kidoki at Kikkerland gave us some quality time together, was easy, fun & let Marlo use his imagination. It’s suitable for ages 3+ and is a great travel toy or Christmas gift. The perfect way to get little ones off their screens for some chill out creative fun.
