Cameo is just on the verge of turning 2 and I can’t believe how time has flown… and how much he has grown. Lately, he has really learnt how to play by himself and has somehow curated a little love of cars. It’s not what we’ve embedded in him, it’s what he has chosen to play with. He loved driving them around the house over every single item in his way. He has a little imagination brewing and it’s brilliant. THat’s why we really think about the toys we’re giving him at the moment. We want him to learn and have fun. One of our recent gifts was this cute little Wow Toys Freddie Farm Truck from What 2 buy 4 Kids.
It’s the cutest little truck with 4 farm animals and a farmer. Cameo loves putting the farm animals in the truck and gets a little angry if the farmer doesn’t stand up straight! He is really particular about where everything goes and prefers to sit him in the front of the truck rather than the back. What’s really good about the Freddie Farm Truck is that it’s motorised without batteries! I know! That makes it the best kind of Christmas present right?
I love that it’s bright, robust and lets Cameo’s imagination run wild. He makes the animal sounds, moves them all around and is quite happy to sit there and play by himself for a while. Something that he’s only just started doing. It’s so lovely to watch! What 2 Buy 4 Kids are a new brand for me and I’m so glad I’ve found them. It can be so hard to know what to get the kids in your life. They have great customer service and gift wrapping option for the lazy, thoughtful amongst us. They aim to supply toys that won’t get forgotten about and will be educational as well as fun. It’s not just any old toy thrown on a website, there’s a lot more thought behind it. I think it’s great.
