We have some big home updates coming over the next few months so stay tuned! I’m so excited and feel like we have a blank canvas for the first time ever. I have so many plans and it can be so hard to actually pinpoint what we’re going to do. Just a quick look on Pinterest blows my mind and leaves me in a creative mess. Where do you even start? Do I want minimalist chic or full-on rainbow? Grey or cream? Pink or Green? Honestly, it’s so hard to know where to start. But I have a plan and my starting point for making over every room in our house is going to start with the wall art.
Yep. wall art.
I love bold, strong prints. Things that when I look at, makes my heart sing. Pictures that are the focal point of the room and seamlessly tie everything together. I decided not long ago that the artwork I have in my house will be things that I love to look at. It can be as silly as I like, it could be super personal or it could be really serious. Whatever it is, I want to look at it and smile EVERY time. Is that too much to ask?

No, it’s not too much to ask! Because I have the answer! Desenio wall art answers all my questions! Not only do they have a huge range of art to choose from (literally, hundreds!) but they have an amazing virtual gallery wall tool where you can see what your wall art will look like next to each other. Between that and using their studio collection and gallery inspiration. I’ve found some perfect pieces of art.

The set I’m particularly pleased with is these super bright and gorgeous prints for my little boys’ room. They’re fun, eye-catching, and the boys will love them. But they’re also going to work as my colour canvas and the room’s theme can work around the colours in the pictures, making it so much easier for me to decide on what to have in the room! I also got the frames to go with the prints. I hate framing things but these frames make it so easy! They have little easy to turn catches on the back so there are no broken nails in sight and of course, they recommend the perfect fitting frame for your print too which is always helpful.

I know I said I was getting the artwork so I can use it as inspiration to decorate each room, which I definitely am. But I couldn’t resist framing and putting this ‘Blah, Blah, Blah’ piece of wall art which is already hanging in my hallway. I couldn’t resist it. I look at it and it helps me brush off any negative thoughts I might have in my head and I love that!
I know I’ll keep going back to Desenio. Probably every month ha ha! But with really affordable pieces, that are great quality and arrive securely packaged, it’s definitely worth it. Plus, the art arrives exactly how it looks on the website. So the bright colours are bright, the gold is shiny and the tones are as you’d expect. I haven’t been disappointed.
