I missed my October Empty post so I have double bubble for November. I always get a sense of achievement when I finish a product is this normal!?
It’s that time again! Goodbye November and hello my gorgeous December! This is my November empties post. Showing you what beauty products I’ve used and why! (It’s also when I clear out my bathroom but that’s another story).
Let’s start with my Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash. I love the citrus fragrance and it foams up like a dream. It’s more of a lime smell then anything else and makes my skin lovely and soft. I have to admit that I’m not a fan of the press down dispenser. I feel like I have to press it 10 times before I get enough to was my bits! 🙂 I would buy it again but if it had a different lid.
Next up The Body Shop Vitamin E Face Cream. This is one of the best simple face creams I use. It’s a reliant robin. No matter what time, season or reason I have this in the bathroom ready to work. I will be restocking up on this as soon as possible!
Deodorant is just part of my daily routine so I thought we all need to discuss the essentials right? The Sure Cool Pink Anti-Antiperspirant is my regular favourite. I find that it really keep me feeling fresh and it has a lovely soft fragrance. I’ve also found (since it’s run out) that my under arms are a little sensitive to other brands now. They never used to be! I’ve also finished my Nivea Pearl & Beauty Antiperspirant which is supposed to make your underarms look and feel great. I think it was just a big standard antiperspirant to be honest!
My Garnier Miracle BB cream is a diamond. I have a medium tone tube which I used when I came back from holiday, but my usual light toned tube ran out last month. I love it and this is my 3rd tube of this now. It’s so easy to out on. It just glides on and makes my face glow in  10 seconds flat. It stays in my hand bag for an instant pick me up and I already have another one ready to go.
The Body Shop Shea Butter Scrub is one of the best body scrubs I have used. Soap & Glory also rock when it comes to body scrub. I love Shea butter in general, the smell and how it turns into a light oil layer on my skin and this body scrub is amazing and getting rid of the dead stuff leaving my skin smooooooooooth.
I have almost poker straight hair so over the past month I have been on a mission to get some curls and waves in my locks. I’ve actually been quite usccessful and one of the products I have used and finished is Silvikrin Curl & Waves Bounce Extra Hold Hair Spray. It didn’t turn my head crispy but left a light layer of spray keeping my curls in place but still natural looking. It was quite firm though so the wind can expect a battle with your curls! I wouldn’t say it had a nice fragrance but it certainly didn’t smell like poison! I’d recommend this for anyone who wants firm hold that does let your hair bounce but not that much. Just enough so that it isn’t stuck in place.
Last but not least my lovely Mark Jacobs Daisy Perfume. I love Mark Jacobs and maybe I use too much but I find that the perfume just doesn’t last very long. It smells amazing and the bottle is beautiful but in a blink of an eye the bottle is empty! I have some more perfumes on my Christmas wishlist so fingers crossed Santa thinks I’ve been a good girl.
That’s it folks, my November empties and their mini reviews. What products have you used up? Please tell me that the sense of satisfaction from an empty bottle is normal!
