Beauty Boxes are taking over at the moment. We all like a little gift through the letter box and even better when it’s a surprise! Well, I have found something along those lines but a little bit more unique. The Fragrance Shop now have a Discovery Club. Basically a fragrance beauty boxy! Is your mind boggling?
Let me explain!
For only £5.00 (not including delivery – that is currently free!) every quarter, (£20.0 per year which is a bargain!) The Fragrance Shop will send you a box of samples and discount vouchers on the latest perfumes. Simple. It’s quite a nice idea. I always need perfume, they are handy little samples for a clutch bag and are a great idea if you are looking to experiment with fragrances or want to choose a gift.
Have you tried getting a perfume sample lately in a shop? You’ll get a spray on a sample card and that will be your lot. Hard to know what it REALLY smells like when your under pressure from a sales woman and a handful of people behind you. This stops all of the hassle and lets you smell pretty gorgeous at the same time.
This is the Discovery Box – 6th edition. It has 5 female fragrances which are Givenchy Very Irresistible, Eau De Lascoste Sensualle, Guerlain La Petite Robe Noir, Thierry Muglar Alien Eau Extraordinaire, Elie Saab Le Parfum L’Eau Couture. It also generously has 2 male fragrances, Valentino Uomo and Loewe Solo Sport.
A lovely mix of fragrances. I already own Thierry Muglar Alien (Amazing bottle!). So it was nice to try the Eau Extraordinaire which is a really lovely fragrance. Just as nice as the first. My favourite has to be the Guerlain La Petite Robe Noir which is a sweet, powdery scent. Perfect for the sunshine. It definitely makes me want to add it to my wish list. Along with the samples, the Discovery Box also has a booklet full of vouchers. It has £5.00 off each fragrance when bought from The Fragrance Shop (obviously), which is pretty good if your in the habit of buying perfume regularly. In this box there is also £10.00 off the Loewe Solo Sport.
The box is only £5 every quarter and you can cancel at any time. It’s a nice litter pick me up or even a nice little gift to treat someone else too and there is always something nice about trying a new perfume.
