I’ve been meaning to tell you about Bravura London for a little while now. But when something becomes part of your routine it’s easy to forget to write about it! I NEED to tell you about this Bravura Dermaflannel. It’s one of those simple things which will change your face care routine and make you think REALLY?

Ok, I’ve never used flannels. Why? Because I always found them a bit manky. They start to smell or change colour and the thought of all the bacteria they must hold… ewwwwww…. It’s enough to make me not even touch one. So I was sceptical about using this Dermaflannel. It didn’t seem anything new.

Bravura London Dermaflannel

Let me explain why this Dermaflannel is different. It’s made with a unique weave that sweeps away dead skin cells. I only use it on my face, although you can use it anywhere on your body. But I can get right into those little crevices where the dirt and grime sleeps. You know, next to the nostrils, the little groove on my chin and around the hair line. The weave means that it almost grabs the dirt and old skin cells and sucks it up.

You can use the Dermaflannel alone for a basic clean face but I tend to use it with Dr Nick Lowe Purifying foaming cleanser. It just makes my skin feel super clean and as its foam it just works really well with the flannel. I use the Bravura Dermaflannel about twice a week. It makes my face feel super clean and clear. You don’t need to scrub or rub hard because you will make your face raw. Just nice and gentle upward strokes are all it needs. It takes away the need to exfoliate with other expensive products because it does everything you need!

Before and After using a Dermaflannel

I can really tell the difference from picture 1 and 2.2. This is just after using the Dermaflannel. My skin is brighter, smoother and so much cleaner. If you look at my forehead you can see the improvement in the skins texture. You might have a few red patches like me in picture 2 but it’s just the great exfoliation and disappears.

The tip I was given is to give it a quick scrub with a medicated face wash occasionally to keep it bacteria free and to hang It up. (A good one to try is this Proactive medicated cleansing bar but the Dr Nick Lowe one I mentioned above is also antibacterial) My dermaflannel has been great for a couple of months now and it doesn’t smell, hasn’t discoloured and it hasn’t turned into that horrible hard and crispy type material!

I would STRONGLY recommend this for anyone who likes their skin to feel really clean without having to use loads of products, someone who wants a quick product without having to do loads of preparation. In terms of benefits, my skin always looks brighter, fresher, and smoother and it almost wipes away any white or blackheads that I have in those grimy spots. It’s great for when my pores are enlarges in the summer and really gives a deep clean. It’s currently £11.99 which is well worth the money.
