I love my beauty box subscriptions. Just the two now but two goodies I tell you! This month was an extra special Birchbox, not only did I get an awesome beauty box filled with some pretty interesting stuff but I also got invited to the Birchbox event at the amazing Lulu Guinness store.

March 2014 Birchbox
- I’m always impressed with my Birchbox, they manage to give me things I generally need but also the odd surprise. This box did exactly that. A collaboration with Lulu Guinness was always going to be exciting so the first thing that popped out was the stick of rock. As you’ll find out in my next post (coming up later in the week) the Spring & Summer range from Lulu is all based on sweets and a sweet shop. The colours, the shapes, the lot. So this rather large stick of rock is pretty iconic. Plus, who doesn’t love a sweet treat!
The Birchbox Menu
This was a great little box this month. I am so pleased they included a sample of Benefit stay don’t stray. I’ve wanted to try it before it was even released! It’s a concealer and eye shadow primer. The two things that tens to wrinkle after application. It’s going to be interesting to give it a little go.

I have to say that the thing which intrigued me the most was the Cellu-Cup. At first I thought it was a Moon-Cup! But no, it is infact a simple massage tool used to fight cellulite! It pinches or sucks the skin and you massage it around with oils or cream. At the Birchbox event, one of the ladies kindly showed me how to use it. Don’t worry, I’ll be doing a review on this very soon!

Overall, another fabulous beauty box. There was a great inspirational booklet from Lulu Guinness who tells us her mantras on life (Laugh at yourself, spend more time with your family and don’t try to do it all!).
