We’ve got a little obsession going on with Trunki products right now. After we were gifted the Trunki ride-on suitcase which I told you all about here. I’ve actually bought a few Trunki bits since then. They’re just such good quality. One of the things I have to shout about is the water bottles. The Trunki water bottles are the FIRST ones that haven’t leaked or don’t leave puddles on the floor. So when the team got back in touch to see if we wanted to share our thoughts on some other Trunki products, I was obviously delighted. There’s nothing better than finding a brand that you really like and trust is there? Even more so when it’s for the kids!

Dad walking with son wearing the trunki backpack

We’ve been testing out the Dino Toddlepak Backpack. Not only did Cameo choose the cute Dino himself but it’s perfect for preschool and nursery. This is Dudley the dino. He has a super generous 4-litre capacity, which in parent language means it fits everything from a few nappies, a packet of wipes, change of clothes, snacks and the odd random sock! The thing I love about this backpack is how padded it is. It also has a chest strap. So when Cameo is adamant he wants to wear it, no matter how heavy it is, I don’t feel like it’s hurting him. (Parent award goes to me haha!)

What’s also super important to me, heading into autumn is that the Toddlepak Backpack has a smiley hi-visibility nose and reflective piping around the paws. It gives a little bit of visibility compared to your average toddler bags. It’s super bright so this is the perfect first bag for your toddler when they start preschool or nursery.

The other added extras are a front pouch for easy to reach snacks (and other things), a side pocket which fits his Trunki water bottle in nicely and Dudley’s arms cross over the front where you can pop your little ones cuddly toy for safekeeping.

It’s a fab little bag and I feel like Trunki actually care about the products they’re making for little ones. Yes, they’re fun and bright but they’re practical. On top of that, they go the extra mile by thinking about things that are important to the parent as well as the child (such as high visibility and somewhere for the cuddly toy).

There’s also a really cute matching SnooziHedz Seatbelt Pad Dino and Yondi Dino Travel Pillow. Both are great and perfect for Cameo who loves a snooze on a short or long car journey!

I’m really excited to see what else we can buy from Trunki over the next couple of years for both boys. It’s a brand we all love and trust.
