#OOTD – Lady Bug ft. McSkully Jewellery

I have had this red ASOS dress in my wardrobe for longer then I care to remember. I love that it is bright, fitted but a flattering shape. It’s a litter shorter than I would like if I am honest and it puffs out a little at the bottom. Other than that, I thought it was about time I gave it some air! I know this is ‘Outfit of the day’ – but I decided to wear this for an evening out. It’s still allowed! I opted for simple black suede heels from Primark, a bargain for £8.00 or there…

Hooray For The High Street – The Bay Tree

I have decided I adore those secret little boutique shops on the high street. You know the ones. Those pretty, well thought out, individual shops bursting with character and crying out for customers. Don’t get me wrong, the chain stored obviously have a lot going for them hence why we shop in them. But the magic of going into an independent shop is pretty warming. #OOTD – Bodycon Dress? – I Say Yes!

I recently did a blog post about my (too long) wish list of gorgeous dresses that keep popping up. (Its here if you want to check it out). I tried to be good, I really did, but this one dress kept calling me! So What is a Bodycon dress? They are pretty easy to spot. They are those tight, elasticated, fitted things which show every lump, bump, curve and dip. They come in all lengths and colours but usually have quite bright, eye catching patterns. Not for the faint hearted -hence the ‘body-conscious’ tag name. So here is another question, why…

#OOTD – Let’s Get Shirty!

*Outfit Of The Day* I tend to via away from shirts because it’s so hard to find a good fitting one.  Its usually the problem of gaping buttons and exposed boobs, too tight on the arms or just drab and generally ill fitting. Think a square tea cosy going over a round tea pot, there you go, now you have the idea! I have found the odd gem or two. NEXT have some great shirts, especially for work. Smart and sleek although quite rigid and uncomfortable if you are not in a formal environment. Today I had a VERY brief…

#OOTD – Pop Out Your Arms With Some Pop Art!

*Outfit Of The Day * It took me a while to get the guts to wear this top. It’s a lovely white, turn up sleeved T shirt with an eye catching sequin detail lip design. The purple splash, On the black ‘pow’ shape, on top of the fresh white is super dazzling. I adore the pop art design of this t-shirt and its definitely more quirky then the rest of my wardrobe. It definitely stands out while shopping in Sainsbury’s I can tell you that much. The big thing about this top for me is the short sleeves. It’s quite…
