Get them involved with sports clubs
Whether it’s in your child’s school or a local activity centre, there are many opportunities for children to join in with competitive sports. Sports such as football, netball or rounders all make fun activities for your little one, and can also build on their ability to work as a team while keeping them active. If your child feels overwhelmed by sports featuring large teams, try more non-traditional activities such as swimming, biking and jogging, or sports like tennis and badminton.
Sign them up for a dance class
